This drink raises the bar on all things summer: Aperol and the "Aperol Spritz". Here, Ancona's puts a spotlight on a cocktail that looks as good as it tastes. 

Recipe for a classic Aperol Spritz

Fill glass with ice-

Add-

3 parts Prosecco (see our recommendation here)

2 parts Aperol:

2 parts club soda

garnish with orange slice.

note: obviously there are no rules... add the ingredients in the ratios that you like the best.
