Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans. Flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl and stir with a fork, mélanger.Dans a large bowl combine butter and sugar, mix well, about 2 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, and vanilla. Bake until the filling puffs up and is firm enough in the center, 30 to 40 minutes.Placer cake on a rack or a folded kitchen towel and let cool to room temperature.
