What is the name of a Japanese recipe, as the word tsunami sounds?

question kristina : What is the name of a Japanese recipe how the word sounds Tsunami ?

Ok in my cooking classes culinary high school student is a Japanese dish. He had shredded carrots and cucumbers I think zucchini. It was shredded and all but driven the water is not exactly displaced. And of course there were vegetables, the white stuff was mixed, it looked like coleslaw we ate a biscuit Ritz. What they called it sounds like the word tsunami and I really know what that is? So if someone is Japanese and think you know what I describe HELP PLEASE Best Answer:

you said, probably “Sunomono”. This is a classic Japanese cucumber salad. In that you both cooking school and has served on a Ritz, it looks like a classic story of “East meets West.” It happens all the time in Hawaii. Your prescription is probably his own version.

question the warrior culture : Olive Garden does not send all their chefs to Italy for training ?
I find it very hard to believe that they spend all the money to their leaders to send allegedly cooking school in Tuscany, but I can not imagine they would so blatantly lie about it. What is the problem Best Answer:
