What would you do differently in the soup with potatoes?

question artisans : What would you be potato soup to do differently?

I must say first that I am not a country with a large cooking mile. The way I’ve always done, like my father, I start by cooking diced potatoes until tender but still firm, then a white sauce and add apples potatoes, bacon or ham, onions and beans butter yellow. This is good, but still a bit stiff. I use either corn starch or flour to make the sauce when it is at hand. What is my problem? used a soup of potatoes and apples make poireau.faire cook until tender, add vegetables, but you still want a little pastey texture, not too liquid, ready-brek as abit now add the cream and mix

I love to share recipes with others, but I someone I traded with not give the full recipe found – leaves some non-critical thing the recipe. I think she does it because she does not really share the recipe. In this ever happened? Have you ever done this when they have a recipe? I always make sure the entire recipe and even my tricks and tips to make the recipe turn out to be so tasty as possible. I myself share the recipes that I in my baking business because I think it helps, my thoughts are welcome entreprise.Vos Best answer:.

I travel to Venice for about 6 months soon and want to learn the authentic Italian cuisine. The classes that I have found so far are $ 100 + per day. I want to find something that lasts more than a day or two, but not break the bank. Maybe something like a community college course? ? Any ideas or suggestions, I here so long, I’m looking for something with a longer period of time, perhaps a series of courses to a week or more Best answer:.

cooking classes are usually have anywhere here in Italy, also have to be expensive. The best thing I know, Venice is about 80 euros for a one-day course and is dependent a complete class 8 people. There Bologna are a little cheaper. This really is not out of line with similar classes in the United States. I mWhen in Virginia was for Christmas, I took an evening class, which was $ 79 per person, but it is worth it. Community colleges, there are not ici.Quand my daughter came to me in September to see here, she took a class in Cinque Terre, she loved – I think that it took 95 euros, but the same people have some offers for € 65: http://www. acasa5terre.it/cookingclasses.php. Cinque Terre is a beautiful area, but a long way from Venice. Since you’ll be here for 6 months, this could be a very good weekend.
