"KOMPOT - Centre for Research of Delicacies" is an NGO in Belgrade, Serbia. It was founded with the aim to raise awareness of the importance of gastronomy for human cultural development through cooking workshops, dinner parties and presentations. KOMPOT promotes high quality products and small producers, guards old traditional recipes from oblivion and at the same time devises and conjures up new ones that, we hope, one day will be considered our new tradition.
